After reading both articles they both say he is buying silver(so you may be correct in that further bullion was purchased)and silver equities and he had good reason too. His basis was that the commodity being physical had way outperformed the silver equities which made no sense. For this reason he backed the silver equities on the basis that there would be a correction. thats my take on it on the article from zerohedge.
