I was called today by Patterson Securites calling on behalf of PRR. Advised they were calling larger holders to ascertain there intent with the SPP. They were mainly interested in if I was going to take up the full allocation or not. They also asked on behalf of the Directors/Management what were my main reasons for holding so many for so long? I told them I believed, and have for a long time, in the company on many levels, technology, ethically and morally but I have been left questioning this faith due to the sub standard timing of departure of key peeps over the last 0-18mths. I thought this was interesting but was left wondering if this might be to gauge if the directors should be starting to put some small $, BIG $$$$ or no $ aside for leftovers.
Anyone else get a call? What do you make of it?
