It is probably a typo and they were referring to the October 2014 Drilling Programme that Segue carried out late last year.
I would advise patience as they will make an announcement soon enough that they have delineated enough evidence from the 3D modelling to define drill targets, applied to the DMP for a drilling programme, hired the rigs and brought them onto site and then once all the moons align they will announce something.
We hope they will announce before HK. When I go there next week I plan on asking questions anyway.
