I bought in Sydney when you could by a house close to the city for $200k and bought 3 in QLD back in the late 90’s the most expensive was $115k at Cannon Hill which was sold 10 years ago along with one in Morningside, knowing what I know now should have held on longer. This change in the land tax and the changes to the tenancy laws is probably a good thing gives me a good reason to sell and drop some extra into Super.
