USEC said on 5/8/08 in a press release that they haven't yet got the funding in place to fully complete their enrichment facility. Its not done deal and they need gov dollars to make it work. Search USEC's site for more info. So if the email is about USEC its not up to speed. Also how could they overlook Silex.
