Linc have indicated they will build plants in South Australia, US, and China. That is $3B+ and the coal sale will net them just over $1B? Long term funding will be required on top of the coal sale, so I think the announcement will address this issue. The have also been confident the sale will go through before 2009, guess what...we are in a trading halt at the end of 2009 pending an announcement.
