I SEE MYSELF


I see myself as being at
the centre of the universe
call me a fool and a dill
and an incurable pratt
I'll repeat it again and I'll tell you that
the centre of the universe
is where I'm at

How do I know? it's easy to see
Newton Galileo they've got nothing on me
if I look at a house or a bird or a tree
the further away the smaller they'll be

Now I'll turn around facing the other way...
hey what's going on why don't you stay?
don't you want to hear what I've got to say?
oh alright suit yourself. you're getting
smaller by the way

Do things really get smaller
or is it me that's taller?
I must admit this is not quite clear
