Point 5. A small Phase II trial of 28 patients does not cost $50M to run.
The trial with the runway for approval is the MRD trial. They can use the 505(b)(2) pathway for this which allows for accelerated approval out of Phase II. They have volumes of safety and efficacy data from the historic trials, plus the data from the Israel trial that supports the use of the FDA's fast approval pathway.
