The longer this takes the more and more convinced i become regarding multiple JV with no real multinationals involved...on the one off possibly just ONE decent sized and the rest minors...ah who knows I am !!@@#@!@! over it :) lol

and if and when a JV is ann then i will not rejoice but possibly laugh at all the anguish we have all been going through about something that sometimes seems too OBVIOUS and that obviousness being a Major Partner,

Decent Cash with JV (10 Million) , Along with converted options (12 Million) so 22 Million in the bank POSSIBLY, worst possibility is a mid sized JV partner that passes 8 mill over and with the 12 mill options, it still leaves 20 million in the bank

so again 100 million shouldnt be a stretch either Sandy
