Completely agree on both points:
1. If it is Petrobras I would expect more than a 10% spike..
2. Even if it is a small player as long as we get a good deal who cares. The local milk bar could be funding it for all I care as long as we get the cash and a good deal. Obviously however a company such as Petrobras is preferable but not mandatory to a good deal.
