    I'm just wondering what people think will be the courts final ruling in this matter in due course.

    IMO, I think the Company will eventually lose the case as they should have made absolutely sure that all licences/approvals should have been put in place well beforehand with the relevant government departments.

    Would like to hear other posters views.
