Even if they were to win the case, (which I still think they will lose) what have they really got....let's face it, In my humble opinion there is no economical viable recoverable grade ore and no existing infrastructure. I would also think that the government departments that the Co will have to still deal with in the future will not be that very supportive towards the Co.
Jeracoo I'm not sure but I think that the 28th is really only just a mention date and not the actual hearing of the matter.
