The directors should be replaced.Every project has ended in nothing by these directors.Were they not responsible for expending this last amount spent without ensuring all approvals were in place as mentioned.It was the directors responsibility,and from what i have read in the ASX releases that they have been paid well for many years (prior to accepting shares in lieu of cash),while the company is now trading at .001cent with no buyers in sight! it would be interesting what expenses the company funds has been spent on,in detail.I am aware that directors often attend conferences etc paid by the company,which are not mentioned in the Quarterly Reports.It is time for a change.The directors have proven themselves, share price @0.001 cent
