Compare PCL Tullow deal 30% interest with 1.5 Billion shares .
FAR is low risk now but the shares were offered to institutional Investors as though FAR was some sort of penny dreadful. (I expect double the share price from here MAX) If we increas market cap to 1billion dollars.
PCL has leverage if they hit oil ie 400mil market cap = 62cents.
Hopefully PCL Management will dilute responsibly.
