Have the naysayers paid any thought to the fact that every time you write a post on here criticising you probably do more harm than what you seem to think was wrong with Batten's speech?
Usually on HC you have people who hold the stock ramping it up, and who don't hold the stock ramping it down. On WCU it seems to be the holders who criticise it so much none of the other deadbeats even bother...
IMO his speech was to a bunch of experts where he would have done irreparable harm by "ramping" anything. A good manager knows his boundaries, and his audience, and I thought the information was excellent, albeit he was a little vague in his delivery. (If you are looking for a company that sugar-coats poor performance but has great presos check out PRW.)
WCU have bought a heap of new ground, plenty of drilling expected to start by year's end, and a few delays on some aspects.
When you buy options you are taking a risk, that's why they are high risk/reward.
Great company, excellent story, Batten will do even more than he did with Bannerman and all you have to do is wait an extra month or two.
If you are a scalper/daytrader you could have had 25.5 to 27c half a dozen times over the last fortnight.
Otherwise sit down, shut up, hang on.
