WAB supposedly is an "absolute return" investor ( that is, effectively a listed hedge fund ).
In fact, it has invested more than half of the company's capital in unsecured loans to a leasing company associated with WAB's CEO.
And this was done without the other two directors knowing it !
No wonder this company is down 80% in a year.
