    2x2kg onions @1$/2kg .. ie $2

    2x1kg baby spuds @1$/2kg ie $1

    total $3..

    and a pleasant 10km work out on the pushie in the process.. FREE

    Also in the morning did a fast 3.5km walk .. also FREE
