    I'm not even a good shareholder, otherwise I wouldn't have a majority in BTA shares.

    But I am a landlord of commercial property and I know that if I didn't raise the rent just to keep the tenants happy and hope they wouldn't leave then I would be past my prime, an ineffectual old man. That's what I see in PC.
