I don't think it's right to use the word safe in the co$1.30 to 3.5c while it was growing. This is a company that has had it's board rolled because of poor SP performance ... by a bunch of turkeys that are doing even worse. The SP has fallen 20% in the last week - despite (or maybe because of) the Chairman's business update.

Dart has never been safe buying at any price and nothing has happened to change that.
