    I believe last time it was an ipo to raise 40m on the AIM. This time they won't be raising anything (clearly stated they have enough in the kitty to for next 12 months). So without increasing supply of shares, and opening up a market/demand thats much bigger than what the ASX has access to, it can only put upward pressure on SP.
