    Hypothetically, what does a potential Teresa IPO/In Specie distribution mean for....

    1. The market share price of linc after such?

    2. Current Linc shareholders in terms of shares of the new IPO and or cash and or how it translates into cash for current shareholders?

    Can anyone shed light on this?
