I voted yes as well. At the time given the LFS share price, synergies etc I got to $1.86 in value to Humm shareholders. AA has done us a great disservice. He cannot let his baby go despite costing him over $100 million based on my value of the sum of the parts of the what Humm would have looked like after selling the bnpl division to Latitude.
A Chairman that costs himself this much capital is a fool, in my humble opinion.
