I am one of the 700 + new shareholders who brought in today. ARE seems to have been underperforming for many years and I feel there are a lot on unhappy existing shareholders who have lost confidence in the board. ARE have good bones but can I suggest success will only happen if the board changes it commercial strategy from the managing many projects over multiple countries to actually increasing shareholder value by delivering a viable projects. I also see that most of the existing directors have no major skin in the game.
Do any of the wiser long term shareholders have any suggestions?
