I spoke with the company today and suggested that Lindsay really show make a videocast or detail a shareholder letter by the end of the week. If there was an opportunity to allow shareholders to ask questions and have them answered, all the better. Principally, we need to know if the company has written evidence that the documents were submitted by those entrusted with the task. If we have that, we should win a hopefully quick legal case. I'm really struggling to stay positive because having 10 million shares I copped it in the guts today.
