I've had a look at the chart for SWK. On my reading, it is forming a well-shaped base, that could almost be called a Head and Shoulders base. In doing that it has broken the most recent downtrend from the April high of 39c.

There is significant resistance at 30c, and I would expect some consolidation is needed below that level before it can mount a breakout move.

The OBV is looking constructive, the recent upmove being supported by an upward move in OBV.

Overall, I think we can expect further upmoves from SWK in coming months. But I could be wrong. DYOR
