what does definitive agreements mean?

Once final investment decision is made (estimated to be early 2015),
LNG will received US$660 million + 66 million + 25 million = 751 million. (7 times the current market cap.=>Target SP: $2.4)

***In order to reach final investment decision:

1.Executed Tolling Agreements for a total of 3.4mtpa ( should be done by the end of this Year)

2.EPC ( by the end of this year)

3. Project Debt Financing Facility of US$1.540 billion (should be done by the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2014, complex/ relatively more difficult process but with the help of Stonepeak => definitely possible)

4.30 years Lease Agreement with "port" ( should be done by 3rd Q of 2014, easily done)

5. A notice to proceed from FERC (possibly hardest to achieve, Given satisfying all the points before. This is possible by early 2015)

With all points satisfy = final investment decision, SP > $2.4.
