I think this adds another layer of complexity on top of many existing layers of complexity. I think this company has 20c per share worth of cash and that will burn fast while the company has to fight legal battles on multiple fronts and keep feeding it's hungry new Indonesian shreholder with free shares.
I don't see this company ever operating in Indonesia again despite continuing to blow money on assay reports and on a new executive GM in charge of Indonesia.
I belive the share price hit 19c a few months back when the company had closer to 25c per share in cash. I guess it will test that level this week.
And how will the company respond? Give away even more shares?
