Has anyone given any thoughts as to what SSC will benefit from...

Has anyone given any thoughts as to what SSC will benefit from the joint venture with the Togolese government.

SSC dont own the resource.

My assumption is that SSC will manage the mine/s, then I am assuming SSC will get income/cash flow from developing the mine but from who? The Togo Government or from sales of the resource? I know we have to wait for the details but just thought may be we can speculate and have a general discussion.

Or should we leave this question till after we are 100% certain we get Togo. We are hoping we get it but why do we want it if SSC dont own the resource? There is something i missing.
