IMO
nothing more certain then a VIL cap raising. They have less cash ans less cash flow then GGP. With the delays at FP and the need for either further delays to get FP with decent cash flow due to testing lower zone , or need to drill FP#2, VIL cap raiising is a high probability in the short term imo.
