Yes well VLV cap raisings are a necessary evil for junior companies or companies involved in oil and gas exploration.
So "dilution" goes with the territory basically.
However, like you, I view it as a means to achieving what is desired. A good drilling result....... a good productive well.
And ultimately a medium to substantial rise in the share price of those "diluted" shares.
