This is a very low risk geological play. Salt domes are big producers. If they need finance, they can get it in the USA. It's easy.
As long as they get the share price over 10 cents there's a pile of money coming in on June 30th ($24M I believe) from the exercise of the options - which would pay off the financing deal.
