Well in fact they haven't happened in RES for ages but it would be a courageous person to say you aren't correct.

I didn't realise they were technically illegal as I have never checked up on it but you could well be right.

Wouldn't they have just made the trade at 10.5c as they would then not have reduced the need to take out other peoples shares?  At 12 c they would have needed to take out 10.5, 11 and 11.5c layers also.

At the very least 2M shares have been taken out of the equation.  Imagine the damage they could have done if they were selling under forced conditions.

It should be interesting tomorrow as volume increases attached to price increases normally grab peoples attention.
