I understand the sector has been smashed (and appreciate the charts bungi) but it does seem we have hit more than most and there seems to be a relentless driving down of the price (albeit smaller volume overall).
Considering where we have got to and the development on the ground, I find it staggering.
Does someone want to try and take our assets for a song or is there any other motif - thoughts appreciated
