doom, have you worked out the numbers yet as to the way the vote will go? Didn't you say before rudd was a goner? but he's still there. Aren't the 3 FAS directors also major GWR share holders? along with JD with around a 25% holding?(if the percentages are as they've been stated by others in this forum) and if by Chance the 3 directors get enough votes to keep their seats, isn't it also possible they'll have the same voting percentage against mr wedlock?

Also if the FAS 3 are ejected, whats to stop them from converting their shares and giving FAS a much bigger holding as well as seats on the board?

There are way too many variables to make an accurate prediction.I for one don't know which way the vote will go, I'll wait for the results before I start claiming victory or admitting to defeat.
