What an absolute joke this takeover has become. Hopefully mid Jan 2008 will clear the air for GWR to move forawrd. Investors need to be very clear in their decision making process before any decision is made on whether to accept or reject the takeover. I lost interest in FAS a long time ago and only support the potential of GWR. Too many original FAS holders have lost out due to a decline in the share price over the past eight months. At present anyone who has accepted FAS's offer have diluted their $$$$ holdings by up to 40% based on FAS current SP. Maybe GWR should just buyout FAS and move on (Just a thought). GWR management should be due to release a further JORC update. Wasnt it supposed to be 100MT by year end or has it been put on hold. This is just my opinion but plenty of research needs to be done here thats for sure.
