    I haven't had any experience in a stock that I own being taken over, what exactly happens? If I dont sell my shares to Legend and Legend has the majority voting power, does this affect me in anyway? do my shares just stay as NAD shares and I have no major voting say? Do I have do anything or does everything just stay the same?
