I haven't contributed into this debate at all so far but will comment that we must keep in mind that COP was so confident that oil would flow that they even suggesting that flow testing would be unnecessary however both CNE and FAR would need flow testing IF (maybe that should be WHEN) both companies need to raise equity for production development, this could be why, when the lower prospect was tested and flowed at 8,000boopd and they couldn't fully test the upper limits of the flow rate due to the fact the equipment could only handle 10,000boo, that only one lower prospects was flow tested!!!!
