Hard to say without knowing more but one could certainly argue it 'could' be a once in a life time chance to pick up NKP at bargain prices.
Genorah's default problem is at face value not anything to do with Nkwe or its assets.

At 5c what a MC of $36m.
Certainly poor poor form of Nkwe management (again) to not get this sorted out (via an earlier trading halt) prior to the share price getting slaughtered.
Let's hope, pray whatever that a JV deal actually unfolds VERY SOON and we can regain a mountain of the lost ground and more....
Arguably, plenty of potential ammo for legal action in all this imo.
