I found the following explanation from another HC posted . Can't confirm its accuracy but a few other HC posts have referred to "SX XT" trades as well.

Seems benign enough. Possibly averaged price or some other agreed intra-day price calculation to buy-sell a larger block of stock (involving an insto?).
