Not sure if MFC would trust BRT to pay the royalties in the future or any other monies considering the meal BRT have so far made of the entire deal. I reckon on principle that MFC wont negotiate with BRT any further. Next question is, how much do BRT need MFC and is it worth the cost? Based on the estimated earnings and revenue figures I put into this forum approx. 3months ago, I believed BRT would be close to breakeven without MFC. BRT's costs between now and next July/Aug should be very low. Interest on the notes and staff wages should be the only two expenses for quite a while.
