livas1 you make a very valid point re MFC. 14 days before the agm, brt reported that they had a favourable response from the MFC vendor thereby suggesting they would accommodate a buyback "out of time". we've gone past the 14 days referred to (presumably to coincide with the agm), so hard to know what happened - most likely they had a disagreement over terms.

whatever they do with the new capital, they clearly need to focus on revenue and profitability as the sp clearly reflects the way this company has faltered. bob finn staying on suggests he's prepared to resurrect things.
