the vast majority of meo holders are sitting on losses.......and dont forget we are coming to year end.
ann today: shows meo management is very confident this will spring gas....
not to mention petrobras and their expertise pouring $250m into this.
this is a spec stock guys, downside max 50%, upside 10 times......in the short term!!
