I have been aware of Ted Butler's work for 2 decades... buyer beware because he is a permabull.

I have not once seen analysis from Butler suggesting to SELL silver. If JPM is bearish that is bullish, if JPM is bullish then that's bullish too.

A permabull is someone who will spin any piece of news, good or bad, into a positive development.

But hey if you're in the gold/silver promotion business, what else should one expect?
