How so true for the vast majority of HC posters.
Pick up a spin line here and another one there, and suddenly it is going to control fleets of drones without ever being taught anything about them. Guess the chip will just 'know' what the flight rules are.
Or maybe become a replacement for the CPU, and do some pretty complex maths calculation?
