I worked in the software and products industries for a long time. Software engineers want to call lots of products "integrator". It's simply not necessary or even desirable to have product names that describe the function.

They're not going to sell the product to your mate off the street, they're going to sell it primarily to health professionals and secondly to the IT and Finance teams as part of a long RFP process. Having distinctive names is helpful in this process.

I can tell you for a fact that few health professionals could give two hoots about "integration" but they care about accuracy of data. "Precision" is an infinitely better Product name imho.

They're also winning contracts so purely from a practical perspective changing product names at this point would be a needless distraction approximating self-sabotage.
