It sort of exposes our corporate ownership rules doesn't it, with the Lamms, husband and wife both acquiring major shareholdings amounting to 30% with no triggers. I could perhaps imagine with an uncle and an aunt on board that majority control might have been obtained without a formal takeover.
And ASIC we know will do absolutely nothing!
