Approx $194,000 buying them approx 7.5% of the company - non-executive Directorship and therefore a salary of $50,000 (plus possible consulting fees?) based on 2015 suggested figures for a Non Exec Dir. That's like buying the shares at a further discount of 25%. Not bad for showing up at x meetings per year
