I know bugger all about charting but I can tell you the insto's have been buying up big of late ... see the substantial s/h notices.
I like them on a fundamental basis, lots of land, financing business and a P/E of around 7 to 8. Asset backing (mainly land at historical cost) is round $2.50 so you get the business, which generates substantial profits, for not much at all.
I know bugger all about charting but I can tell you the insto's...
