Refer to the announcement of 5 December. Ron Lunt ceased to be a substantial shareholder at that time and is therefore no longer required to disclose his position (unless he re-acquires a substantial shareholding). Forget Ron - he's yesterday's news. According to last year's report there are 6,800 or so other shareholders out there holding 460M shares. Most of them have just seen a 60% increase in the value of their shares in just a few weeks (albeit off the lows). There will be plenty of pressure from holders other than Lunt (assuming that he still holds) to keep a lid of this for a while. Personally, I would guess that he's out completely by now.
