I've got 3.2 and under as an accumulate based on my DD. Being below investment grade and being within the US reporting season is a major risk due to global market volatility. A short term buy is only possible IMO if they can organise a waiver of any likely bank interest cover covenant which could be the catalyst for improved confidence and a higher valuation.
